My aim is to create liturgical art that inspires an intimate prayerful response.
When I returned to my Art after several years pursuing other paths in life, such as teaching and cultivating my private love of music, I found that I was drawn to spiritual subjects and felt very inspired to create pieces that would give glory to God and develop my own spiritual life.
I hope that my work brings the great tradition of iconography into the present and makes it accessible and fresh in today’s world. I wish my work to contribute to the Culture of Life.
Human beings are created for beauty and “Genuine Sacred art draws man to adoration, to prayer and to the love for God”.
